Our goal is to help you learn yoga in a safe and loving environment – so you can take yoga off the mat and into your daily life – thus creating a ripple effect of positive change in yourself, the community, and the world. Ultimately the more people doing yoga In Portland and the world the better.

The heart has room for everything. Follow your heart. Breathe Deeply: Live Lightly. Surrender early, love long. Follow your bliss. Drink lots of water every day. Give 10 hugs a day. Say “I love you”. Say “how can I help.” Take your yoga practice off the mat and into your life. There is a higher power. You are bigger than your thoughts and feelings. You will be taken care of. Watch your pets; they stretch naturally. Breathing calmly is our natural state of grace. You are loved. Stress is the main cause of illness. Stress is the immune systems biggest enemy. 10 minutes a day of meditation will alleviate stress.
