Our goal is to help you learn yoga in a safe and loving environment – so you can take yoga off the mat and into your daily life – creating a ripple effect of positive change in yourself, the community, and the world.

The heart has room for everything. Follow your heart. Breathe Deeply: Live Lightly. Surrender early, love long. Follow your bliss. Drink lots of water every day. Give 10 hugs a day. Say “I love you.” Say “how can I help.” Take your yoga practice off the mat and into your life. There is a higher power. You are bigger than your thoughts and feelings. You will be taken care of. Watch your pets; they stretch naturally. Breathing calmly is our natural state of grace. You are loved. Stress is the main cause of illness. Stress is the immune systems biggest enemy. 10 minutes a day of meditation will alleviate stress.
