Yoga Nidra is a guided mindfulness and holistic healing practice. With her knowledge of the iRest Yoga Nidra tradition coupled with her Intergrated Movement Therapy training, Bonny will supportively guide you through this mindfulness-based experience. Using the kosha model as framework, you will be nurturingly led through an exploration of your layers of being. With an emphasis on self-compassion, this practice is proven to help alleviate stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and more.
