This 2 hour workshop is designed to help you deepen your understanding of yoga, so you can feel more confident in your practice - whether that’s at home or in a class. This event is appropriate for any practitioner, from beginner to experienced. You will:

  • Learn (or dive deeper into) common yoga postures and how to practice them safely in your specific body

  • Learn a little about where yoga comes from and the philosophies surrounding the practice

  • Have your specific questions answered about posture alignment, philosophy, and mindfulness
