Pause for a breath during the busy holiday season and join us for a night of deep relaxation. Settle into a two-hour restorative yoga* and meditation practice through an offering of accessible, supportive postures that relax your muscles, soothe your nervous system, and quiet your mind. Throughout the postures, you'll receive therapeutic, hands-on healing, including acupressure, reflexology, and passive Thai yoga stretches. During one restorative pose, you'll rest with five acupuncture points gently placed throughout your body, allowing you to drop deeper into shared sense self and space. You'll leave class feeling calm, grounded, and ready for the season ahead.

A few things to note! Please wear comfortable, warm clothing so you can full relax into each moment of the class. All mats and props will be provided, but you are also free to bring your own. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork, and to settle into your space so we can start on time. Also, no oils, aromatherapy, or lotions, will be used during our practice, as we know some can be sensitive. For questions, please reach out to any of the teachers below.
