In this two and a half hour workshop, we will break down the basics of our physical practice, and you will learn to move safely and inclusively with all your bumps and curves. If you are new to yoga, this is a great place to start. If you’re a seasoned practitioner but always felt like your curves were a hurdle you needed to overcome, Curvy Yoga 101 will impact your practice in a profound and insightful way.
