Self Care Essentials: Roll and Release with Minga

Have a foam roll and don’t know the best ways to use it? Need to feel released, open and deeply relaxed? Minga is an expert in foam rolling and can help you!
Foam rolling helps increase circulation, detoxes the body, removes adhesions that stretching cannot address, and it's fun!

Be sure to email Minga if you don't have a foam roll of your own ( She will bring one for you. If you have your own be sure to bring it so that you can practice with your own buddy. If you are looking to purchase ask minga! PLEASE REGISTER TO ATTEND.
