Come create a daily practice that energizes, opens and strengthens. We will use the postures of a simple sun salutation to delve deeply into self care. Minga's hands on detailed care and guidance is key to every class. Using the metta river principles as a guide to invite you through the integration of each pose with body, mind and breath. The series will be practiced as individual postures and as a meditative flow. You will learn to make enhancements in the practice so that it works for you. Mingas classes are hands on, deeply explanatory and individualized. The workshop is accessible to everybody.
