Bonny Chipman is an E-RYT, Accessible and Therapeutic Yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, Student of Integrated Movement Therapy, and owner of Yoga NW in Portland. She has been teaching yoga for nearly a decade and offering her Yoga for Anxiety workshops and series for the past 4 years. Her personal experiences with chronic illness and anxiety fueled her desire to develop a program that offers accessible tools, rooted in yoga practice, to help manage anxiety and empower those who struggle with it.
