Winter Yin Intensive on the Element of Water: Cultivating Deep Peace & Inner Wisdom
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, feeling burned- out, depleted, creatively stifled or out of touch with your true purpose in life, is a sign that
you are experiencing a defiency or imbalance with your water energy/chi. The Water element is dominant during the winter months and often creates an innate desire to turn away from the demands of the external world in order to find quiet and stillness within. During this workshop we will learn more about the energy of water & practice specific yin poses that target the meridians & organs governed by this element (kidneys & bladder). This practice will soothe the nervous system and create a feeling of deep calm in the body and mind. We will conclude with a guided meditation to tap into our inner wisdom, re-ignite our creativity & re-align ourselves with our authentic self.
