Prop it Up! with Heather Jones

Reach new heights, new lows, and new in-betweens as we explore the magic of practicing with props! Even the most seasoned yogi can benefit from the support, spinal alignment, accessibility, leverage and more that props have to offer. In this workshop, we will look at asana variations using blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, sandbags, yoga wheels, chairs, and a headstand bench!  $35 ($31.50 for YNW members)
